Six Peaks

SKU: 13014
Regular price £7.50

Six Peaks takes its inspiration from the dramatic skyline of the Brecon Beacons, whose six main summits define one of Wales’s most iconic mountain ranges. At 886 metres, Pen y Fan stands as the highest peak in Southern Britain, a landmark that embodies the region’s rugged beauty and enduring spirit.

Made from pasteurised cow’s milk and infused with bold notes of garlic and mixed herbs, Six Peaks captures the essence of this wild landscape in its earthy, aromatic profile. The result is a cheese that balances savoury depth with vibrant herbaceous character, offering a flavour experience as memorable as the mountains that inspired it.

Megan H, Newport

“I’m always on the lookout for Welsh-made products with a story, and Chartists’ Heritage really delivers. Loved the nod to local history, and the flavour is rich and creamy with a slightly nutty finish.”

Tom E, London

“Tried all three and they’re all great, but Six Peaks is my personal favourite. It melts beautifully on toast, and the herbal notes really come alive when it’s warm. You can tell it’s handmade. It has that artisan feel you just don’t get from supermarket cheese.”

Daniel B, York

“Roman Gold is absolutely divine. The saffron is so delicate and adds a mellow warmth you don’t expect in cheese. It’s different in the best way.”

 Laura M, Cardiff

“I picked up a wedge of Six Peaks at a local market, and I can honestly say it’s one of the most flavourful cheeses I’ve ever tasted. The mix of garlic and herbs is perfectly balanced, not overpowering but full of character. It’s become a staple on my cheeseboards!”

Priya R, Bristol

“I brought Roman Gold to a dinner party and everyone was asking where it was from. The saffron flavour is so unique. Subtle but luxurious.”

James T, Abergavenny

“Chartists’ Heritage caught my eye because of the name, but the taste was what won me over. It has this smooth, complex depth with just a hint of something earthy I can’t quite describe. Great with crusty bread and chutney.”
