At Usk Valley Cheese Company, we take great pride in handcrafting and delivering our cheeses in perfect condition. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damages or Issues
We ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at info@uskvalleycheese.com. Be sure to include:

We will evaluate the situation and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Because all our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns under any circumstances, including under the EU 3-day cooling-off period which does not apply to perishable goods.
